Symphony of the Redwoods
Twenty-seven musicians performed the first Symphony of the Redwoods concert, on November 19, 1983. Now, after twenty years of performing, more than fifty musicians hone their skills and blend into a powerful ensemble. Inspired and guided by Conductor Allan Pollack, audiences are often amazed to discover the high calibre of the orchestra. About half of the regular orchestra members are from the Coast, with the remainder coming from outside the area, usually from Sacramento and the Bay Area. Mailing Address: P.O.
